Key Point of Yeast-Free Soft Bread Recipe

Take care to use all your ingredients at room temperature. None of your materials should be cold. While preparing the dough of your bread, add the flour little by little. It may have a slightly sticky consistency to the hand. This consistency should not worry you. You can shape your hand by wetting it very slightly. While you are shaping, if you fold the dough inwards and then roll it, your dough will not spread, but will rise upwards in a delicious way. You can make your breads in any size you want. Cooking time may vary depending on the performance of your oven. Therefore, take care of cooking in a controlled manner.
